(More customer reviews)So I just got my Horcrux Locket today and was so excited! The locket is super cute with tiny little green gems on the snake and there is even detail on the back. It does open and there is green material inside, seems like I could fit a picture in it. Unfortunatly it was extremely bad quality. I expected for this this much that it would be in good condition. The case it came with to display it was completely scratched up and the "gems" on the snake inside the front of the locket were falling off and several were loose inside and just floating around. The one good thing was that I called the company and they provided free shipping as well as an exchange for a new locket. I really do want this locket and I hope that the one I got was just a mistake. If the replacement one is as damaged as the first I will send it back and be left with no locket at all :(
THE LOCKET I GOT IN EXCHANGE WAS PERFECT. I did forget to fix my review sooner but I am really happy with the locket. It is very well made and the delivery for the replacement was really fast.
