This one is longer and harder for her to manage. It is completely straight as opposed to the other one, which is bent and easier to set in the tub of bubbles. It also has a sharp round end at the end of the wand, while the other has a rounded end. This product works okay, but the other one I picked up above seems to work better for us.

Green and Pink Flower Fairy Pixie Costume, Tutu, wings, Halo, Flower Wand Review

(More customer reviews)My daughter was having a Tinker bell themed birthday party, and she desperately wanted a Tinker bell outfit. Well, I searched high and low and found lots of costumes with itchy fabric, or where several parts were sold separately and it added up to a high cost (although cute). And then I found this!
I was almost afraid to order it because the price was so reasonable and I thought the quality might suffer due to this. However, boy was I wrong! Everything is made very well and the fabric is very soft and plentiful. The tutu is about 14" long and the wings are a very good size. I was even impressed with the fairy wand. It is a flower, and it is made of the same type of material as the fairy wings - very durable! I was afraid the flower would be something that would hang down and look sad, but it doesn't at all! The wings are a very good size with sparkles and nice fabric bands for the arms. There is nothing itchy or uncomfortable about this costume at all. Even the halo is really cute and is made of silk flowers and it sets very easily on my daughter's head.
I was very concerned about a top for this costume, but my daughter had a standard pink leotard, and it looks wonderful under it! I was looking for a Tinker bell green leotard, but I couldn't find one that was nice and comfortable and a reasonable price, so the pink it was. She didn't mind one bit. And she just looked absolutely adorable in this outfit. AND, she loved wearing it - which says a lot for a 3 year old.
I think the recommended age for this costume is 4-10, and I think that is about right, depending on the size of your child. The taller you are, the wings may become disproportionate and the tutu may appear very short. So, I would say this is appropriate for a 4-8 year old little girl.
Overall, I am so pleased with this purchase, I couldn't have asked for more. I even went to the manufacturers web site to look for more items. They have tons of cute stuff - however, this was priced better on Amazon than their site. A Fairy Princess : [...]
Also, if you are looking for shoes, there are adorable Tinker bell ballet flats from the Disney store that match this outfit fantastically!

Mini Fiber Optic Light Review

(More customer reviews)In these modern times, there are loads and loads of different kinds of toys to be made. However, not all of them are good, and I am into things which look cool, I could care less about a robot that walks, talks, beeps, and blinks.
These fiber optic mini trees are sold on Amazon.com, what better plays to find the best things? Anyways, they also happen to have the best deals most of the time, I saw these trees on there listed for $7.00 with free shipping, so I thought I would pickup a couple of them.
First thing I noticed when I got them out of the shipping box, is that the trees are incased in plastic tubes to protect the micro fibers. I just slide them out of the tubes and right away the fibers want to spread out in their tree like form.
The base is all made of plastic, but its very shinny plastic! Lets just put it this way, it looks like chrome, you touch it, you smudge it. The trees operate on 3-AA batteries, of course not included, or will operate by a 4.5VDC adaptor, which is also unfortunately, not included.
The base has a power switch on the bottom of it to allow you to turn it on or off. Though the micro fibers are not bright enough to see in broad daylight, you can however see them at night. Which is fine by me, since most neat light shows are done at night anyway.
For the $7.00 I paid for each one, I have to say I am quite impressed with the micro fiber trees. I just wish that they came with the adaptor so that I did not have to burn through batteries all the time. Get your rechargeable's ready LOL. 4 out of 5

Bingo Magnetic Wand with 100 Chips - Purple Review

What they liked about the magnetic chips they didn't have to bend to far over to pick them off the floor. Would highly recommend for older people who like to get out and play bingo with their friends.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this for my 6-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She loves arts and crafts and she loves kitties, so it was the perfect gift for her. She was delighted with it! As soon as she opened it, she stopped opening her other gifts and started decorating the kitties. We had to make her set it aside so she could open the rest of her gifts. The kitties are adorable and there are a lot of decorations to choose from. It was a big hit!

We hung it up in her room and it was very easy for her to play with. She kept asking me for an eraser and I had to explain that the designs would fade. [Take note: The toy comes with a dry erase marker. DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD USE IT TO MARK THE SCREEN! You're supposed to use it to mark a plain sheet of clear plastic. the marked up plastic then creates an image/pattern on the screen. We're not going to risk it. The dry erase marker is put away.] I liked how it had built-in storage for all of stencils, plastic sheets, and pieces. Very nice! Definately a keeper

His good side has long blond hair and a human face. His evil side (achieved by reversing the head) wears a DeathEater mask and black wand. "Lil L" comes with a cape, a magic broom and a long black wand which helps him balance as well. Sadly, the wand doesn't have the pimp daddy silver cobra head and must be completely assembled with no instructions! ALERT-this item is not really suitable for a younger child as the hair and/or the mask are small enough to be easily inserted in the mouth and swallowed.

But if you're a husky 10 or 12-year-old, it might be a little small. It's a good costume for the price, I looked around and they were mostly $25+. I did have to work with the clasp a little, but it stayed put fine once fastened. Robe is thin but seems pretty durable. The wire glasses were much more realistic than the plastic ones we already had. Wand is plastic but looks realistic, my son loved it. Overall, my son was tickled and looked very cute for Halloween!

Flexible Bubble Wand - 48 in. Review

I have it in a 4' long 55 gallon tank and it provides a beautiful curtain of large and small mist like bubbles ... assuming you have a really good airpump. I purchased the Whisper 100 and it is doing a horrible job but one of my other pumps does a great job with this wand. Definitely worth having if you want good surface agitation to increase O2 levels in the tank and the fish love to swim through it. Also, with it being flexible you can put it in and out of objects, all around the tank, around objects, start at the front and end at the back. Whatever you want. It is weighted nicely but still needs some gravel coverage to keep it in place - especially if you have Koi or other fish that like to move the gravel around.

He doesn't seem to tire of showing off his magician skills, and he has already experimented with putting different things in the hat to make them appear and disappear.
This is one of those simple toys that allows kids to really use their imagination. Best of all, no tiny little parts to lose. Even if the rabbit gets misplaced, kids can still use any small toy in the hat.

A word of caution though...one of first bracelets I activated leaked all over my hand. I haven't gone through very many of them yet so I'm not sure if this is an isolated occurrence. I'm told that the chemical inside is considered non-toxic but I would still be cautious when you first put these together and not give them to younger children. What did leak out cleaned up easily with soap and water.
