(More customer reviews)after reading the mixed reviews about this and other bubble makers, i was concerned how well the toy will function. nevertheless i purchased this item and a similar item, to increase my chances of one working plus not creating a situation of disappointment with the kids, in addition to the low cost and moreover because i took an educated guess of the reported problems with the toy.
when the toy arrived, i set it up and pulled the trigger. after a few seconds, nothing happened, so i put my finger over the gun barrel to help prime the pump. i alternated covering and uncovering the end of the gun barrel, pump outlet, and the pump quickly primed and discharged loads of bubbles. ....guess my engineering education pays off even after all the years. hope this review helps you out?
