(More customer reviews)This is absolutely a toy and not a fan. Kids love 'em, especially at night! And it is 1.99. (seen some for 99) so think about that if you are expecting a high reliability space grade device and not a kids toy. I think they are wicked fun, getting some more for a little boys birthday party!! Woo-hoo! Cheapo fans for EVERYBODY!!
